Network EngineerAnnual Salary: 35,000Location: Hybrid, New MiltonJob Type: Full-timeNetwork Engineer - You will be instrumental in designing and managing IP networks that ensure our services are safe, reliable, and always connected. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technically complex, mission-critical environments and is committed to delivering high-quality digital care services.Day-to-Day of the Role:Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VLANs, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, routing) to ensure high availability and performance across all sites and remote environments.Provide 4th line support for complex, escalated network and connectivity issues, using diagnostic tools such as Wireshark, SIP tracing, and packet capture.Enable mission-critical digital communications for telecare solutions, ensuring resilient SIP/VoIP and digital alarm signalling.Safeguard network security by implementing strong controls, managing firewalls and access policies, and conducting vulnerability assessments.Ensure compliance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and TSA standards, protecting the personal data of service users through secure network configurations.Deliver technical guidance to customers, housing providers, local authorities, and partners on network connectivity and digital telecare integrations.Monitor and optimise network performance, analyse capacity and availability to improve service reliability.Manage third-party providers, maintaining service ..... full job details .....
