Operating at the forefront of digital transformation, they are playing a leading role in the transition to All IP services, developing secure and resilient network infrastructure that underpins essential communication and care services.Your Roles and Responsibilities:While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:Designing, deploying and maintaining resilient network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP and routing environmentsProviding advanced support for complex network and connectivity issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions using tools such as Wireshark, SIP tracing and packet captureSupporting and maintaining mission-critical SIP/VoIP communications and digital connectivity servicesManaging firewalls, VPNs and network security controls to ensure secure, compliant and highly available infrastructureMonitoring network performance, capacity and availability, proactively identifying opportunities to improve reliability and service deliveryWorking ..... full job details .....
