      <description>Location: Bradford | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Contract | Network Engineer My client, a large consultancy, is in need of a Network Engineer for a 6 month contract inside IR35 based in Bradford offering 2 days per week remote but requiring 3 days per week on-site. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in securing andamp; managing Palo Alto Firewalls andamp; Prisma Access, network security standards, methodologies, and best practices, knowledge of network-based vulnerabilities, threats, and risks, Understanding of networking protocols and services, Advanced knowledge of network access control (NAC) solutions and methodologies, network security operations and design, Forescout network access control, Web Application Firewall (F5 and/or Cloudflare), Secure routing andamp; switching, Scripting, automation andamp; orchestration, Threat Hunting, Cisco ISE/RADIUS authentication, Data center segmentation technologies, Network authentication methodologies (PSK, certificates, SAML, etc.), Must have a security mindset, well versed in general security principles and best practices, Ability to communicate in English clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, Professional security certifications are a plus.
