Network Engineer

Role Overview

An opportunity for a customer-focused IT & Network Engineer to support a range of IT, network, and communication systems across office and client environments.

• Provide technical support and resolve infrastructure issues

• Install and maintain IT and network systems

• Follow internal processes to deliver high-quality service

• Work to deadlines and manage service requests

• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

• Travel to sites as required

• Strong IT infrastructure and networking knowledge

• Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Strong communication and customer service ability

• Proactive and adaptable approach

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Full UK driving licence

• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, HP, Dell, or Oracle

• Knowledge of cabling (Cat5/6, fibre), storage, and break-fix services

• Understanding of SIP and tools like Wireshark

• Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+

• Salary up to £40,000 + company van
