Daily troubleshooting and configuration changes to our Cisco ISO, IOS-XE, NX and ISE solutions using both direct management and automation and orchestration platforms such as Ansible and DNA Center. To assist in the support of network security products such as SASE, NGFWs and NAC solutions.Key responsibilities for this job:Ownership of complex faults and changes until resolution.Represent the team on both client and vendor engagementsPlan and document customers, technologies and processes adopted into the teamProvide support for escalated faults from the 2nd line engineer teams.Problem ..... full job details .....
