The Network and Infrastructure Service Manager will be responsible for the following:Own the operational delivery of Network and Infrastructure services, ensuring stability, availability and performanceProvide strong technical leadership across enterprise network, compute, storage, and infrastructure platformsLead BAU service management, incident resolution and problem managementDrive delivery of infrastructure programmes and projectsSupport technology transformation initiatives and roadmap deliveryManage suppliers and service partners against agreed SLAsAct as the senior escalation point for major incidentsWork closely with Architecture, Engineering, Security and Service Operations teams to align priorities and delivery outcomesEnsure infrastructure services remain secure, resilient, compliant and fit for future business needsBalance operational excellence with strategic ..... full job details .....
