Key skills: 2nd and Some 3rd Line, Networking and Infrastructure Switches, Routers, Firewalls, VLANS, Access Points, CCTV, Windows, Azure, Intune, Defender, Connectivity, Customer Facing. Must have excellent Communication skills and Customer Service. Any exposure to Ubiquity, Cambium or FortiGate an advantage but certainly not essential.
