About the Role Do you enjoy practical, hands-on work and take pride in delivering excellent customer service? We''re looking for a Network and Customer Service Technician to help maintain and operate our water distribution network, ensuring customers continue to receive a safe and reliable water supply. This is a varied role combining field-based operational work with customer interaction, problem-solving, and emergency response activities. You''ll play a key role in maintaining network assets, supporting repairs, responding to incidents, and helping us deliver great service to our customers.
