Network Analyst

Role: Water Network Technician Location: South Wales Day rate: Competitive Contract: 6 month contract The Role We are looking for a Water Network Technician to support the operation and performance of a regional water distribution network. The role focuses on maintaining service standards, resolving network issues, supporting customers, and driving continuous improvement across water quality, pressure, flow and supply reliability. Key Responsibilities Support the safe and efficient operation of the water distribution network. Investigate network performance issues and implement improvements. Work closely with operational teams, analysts and contractors to deliver excellent customer service. Maintain accurate operational records and ensure compliance with company standards. Assist with incident response and emergency activities. Support complaint investigations and identify root causes of recurring issues. Participate in an emergency standby rota. Requirements Experience in water network operations, utilities, leakage, hydraulics or a related field. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyse issues and recommend practical solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Full UK driving licence.
