Neighbourhoods and Communities ManagerLocation: West LondonRate: £300 per day Umbrella - negotiable depending on experienceContract: 3 months ongoingWorking Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pmWorking Arrangement: Office-based, 5 days per weekVox Consultants are currently recruiting for an experienced Neighbourhoods and Communities Manager to join a London Local Authority on a temporary basis.The Council has approximately 12,000 tenanted homes, with this role responsible for leading a team overseeing service delivery to around 2,000 residents.As Neighbourhoods and Communities Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to a newly formed team of Neighbourhoods and Communities Officers and a Coordinator.You will lead the delivery of a first-rate tenancy and neighbourhood management service, ensuring residents receive a responsive, supportive and resident-focused service.You will be responsible for ensuring that fire safety, anti-social behaviour and estate management are managed effectively and in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.You will also play a key role in shaping and improving service delivery, driving innovation and ensuring compliance with the Regulatory Standards set by the Housing Regulator, supporting the Council''s ambition to work towards a C1 rating.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and operational leadership to the Neighbourhoods and Communities team.Lead and motivate a team of ..... full job details .....
