Your new roleThis is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, on an initial four-month contract with the potential for extension and longer-term opportunities as the service continues to grow. Covering locations across Birmingham, you will work closely with Housing Officers to support the effective management of council tenancies and neighbourhood services.The role will involve supporting residents with a wide range of housing-related enquiries, maintaining accurate case management records and responding to complaints and service requests within agreed timescales. You will undertake tenancy visits, estate inspections, surveys and site visits, gathering information and producing reports to support housing management activities. You will assist with tenancy enforcement activities, investigate breaches of tenancy conditions, support responses to complaints and public liability claims, and help identify and report potential housing fraud.You will be responsible for signposting residents to relevant support services, providing advice on housing ..... full job details .....
