Working across a varied caseload, you will investigate reports of anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches, supporting residents while taking appropriate enforcement action where required.You will work closely with partner agencies and service providers to deliver effective resolutions, protect victims, challenge perpetrators, and ensure communities remain safe and sustainable. Key duties will include : Managing ASB and tenancy enforcement cases from initial report through to resolution. Taking clear witness statements and carrying out thorough investigations. Developing action plans with residents and keeping them informed throughout the case. Gathering evidence and preparing case files for legal enforcement action where necessary.
