ASB / Neighbourhood Safety Officer Needed ASAP in Bolton

Temporary Contract | 12 Weeks | Immediate Start
Monday to Friday | Full Time | 36 Hours Per Week

Your New RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join a busy housing team on a temporary basis.
Working across a varied caseload, you will investigate reports of anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches, supporting residents while taking appropriate enforcement action where required.You will work closely with partner agencies and service providers to deliver effective resolutions, protect victims, challenge perpetrators, and ensure communities remain safe and sustainable.
Key duties will include:

• Managing ASB and tenancy enforcement cases from initial report through to resolution.
• Taking clear witness statements and carrying out thorough investigations.
• Developing action plans with residents and keeping them informed throughout the case.
• Gathering evidence and preparing case files for legal enforcement action where necessary.
• Identifying vulnerable residents and making referrals to appropriate support services.
• Maintaining accurate case records and correspondence.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve positive outcomes.
• Promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of service delivery.

What You''ll Need to Succeed

• Previous experience managing anti-social behaviour cases within a housing environment, or experience as a Housing Officer/Neighbourhood Officer managing ASB investigations.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy enforcement and housing management processes.
• Excellent communication and case management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
• Basic DBS
• Full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle, and business insurance.
• Immediate availability to start.
