Job Title: Neighbourhood Response Officer - Interim Location: Highbury East, North London Rate: 21.05 per hour (PAYE) / 25.52 per hour (Umbrella) Contract Type: Interim Working Pattern: Resident-facing, onsite daily About the Role: We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to help deliver safe, secure, and attractive neighbourhoods where residents want to live. You will understand local needs and work collaboratively with other teams, residents'' groups, and external partners, ensuring estates are clean, safe, and well maintained, and that improvements are identified, planned, and delivered. You will also investigate breaches of tenancy, support more vulnerable customers, and ensure that anti-social behaviour is addressed and prevented. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offers. Deliver a programme of regular estate inspections, prioritising fire safety risk assessment follow-up work. Work with local residents'' groups to develop community facilities, activities, and events. Work collaboratively with local partners such as safer neighbourhood teams, the voluntary sector, and youth services on neighbourhood safety and ASB issues. Liaise with other departments on neighbourhood improvements and services. Visit customers in breach of their tenancy or lease agreement where tasked to do so.
