This is an exciting opportunity for a housing professional to deliver high-quality tenancy and neighbourhood management services, supporting residents and helping to maintain safe, sustainable communities. Key Responsibilities Deliver an effective housing and tenancy management service across a designated patch. Manage tenancy issues, neighbourhood concerns and estate management matters. Investigate and resolve tenancy breaches and anti-social behaviour cases. Conduct tenancy audits, sign-ups, home visits and estate inspections. Support vulnerable tenants and facilitate access to support services. Manage tenancy changes including successions and mutual exchanges.
