Reporting to our Neighbourhood Manager, our Neighbourhood Officers provide a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service, covering tenancy, property, and estate management across the inner Greater Manchester area predominately in Moss Side, Hulme and Fallowfield.  This role takes a proactive, holistic approach to managing homes and neighbourhoods, ensuring services are efficient, responsive, and cost-effective while identifying and mitigating risks.
