This is an exciting opportunity to join a customer-focused organisation that is committed to creating safe, sustainable communities and delivering essential housing services across St Helens.Your New RoleAs a Neighbourhood Officer, you will be responsible for managing a designated housing patch, acting as the primary point of contact for residents and delivering a high-quality, responsive housing management service. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines tenancy management, neighbourhood improvement, resident engagement and partnership working. You will play a key role in helping customers sustain their tenancies while ensuring communities remain safe, attractive and well managed.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a defined portfolio of properties, delivering effective tenancy and estate management services.Provide advice and support to tenants, residents and stakeholders on housing-related matters.Undertake core tenancy management activities, including:Abandoned propertiesUnauthorised occupationTenancy fraud investigationsAccess issuesChanges in household circumstancesConduct property viewings, tenancy audits, property inspections, new tenancy visits and starter tenancy reviews.Attend evictions where required and ensure all ..... full job details .....
