Neighbourhood Officer

BDS are currently recruiting for an experienced Neighbourhood Officer to work with a well-known Housing Association in the Manchester area. We are looking for someone to deliver a high quality and effective Allocations, Tenancy and Estate Management (Including low level ASB) service to the tenants and applicants within a defined locality patch. Key duties include but are not limited too; Lead on all aspects of tenancy management, dealing with any tenancy breaches, tenancy changes and other tenancy management processes Ensure tenancy sustainability through effective tenancy management, allocations and interventions To ensure tenancy sustainability through effective tenancy management, allocations and interventions Carrying out regular estate inspections, identifying and resolving issues directly or in liaison with internal teams or other external agencies Pay rate; 27ph UMB (PAYE also available) Hours; Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm You will need to be a driver with access to a vehicle This is a temp ongoing role until the end of the year to start ASAP Apply now for immediate ..... full job details .....
