You will help deliver estate, environmental, and community management services across the Area, contributing to a modern, professional, and responsive Housing Service. Key Responsibilities: Undertake scheduled and unscheduled estate duties, maintaining daily logbooks. Conduct Health and Safety checks in communal areas at low, medium, and high-rise flats. Liaise and report repairs, assisting elderly or vulnerable tenants. Monitor void commercial properties and assist maintenance staff and tenants.
