As one of our Neighbourhood Managers, you’ll act as a customer champion, advocating for our tenants and working with the wider team and external partners to get them the support they need. You’ll work hard to makes sure our customers are supported and able to sustain their tenancies, build communities and makes sure our neighbourhoods are places where our tenants can thrive. Spending your days out and about in our communities, you’ll be highly visible and the first point of contact for the tenants in your patch.
