Neighbourhood Manager Newent, Gloucestershire Come make a real difference as one of our Neighbourhood Managers! Everyone should have a warm, safe, affordable home. As part of our neighbourhood team, you ll play a starring role in making this a reality for thousands of people living in our communities. The housing team is the heartbeat of our organisation. As one of our Neighbourhood Managers, you ll act as a customer champion, advocating for our tenants and working with the wider team and external partners to get them the support they need. You ll work hard to makes sure our customers are supported and able to sustain their tenancies, build communities and makes sure our neighbourhoods are places where our tenants can thrive. Spending your days out and about in our communities, you ll be highly visible and the first point of contact for the tenants in your patch. You ll welcome tenants to their new home, completing the sign-up process and making sure they have everything they need to feel at home. It will be your job to really get to know our tenants, understand their needs and make sure their voices are heard across the organisation. Please note that a driver''s license is required for this role. What you ll bring to the team You ll be committed to building positive relationships and taking ownership of the issues and queries tenants raise with you.
