As a Neighbourhood Manager, you''ll be the face of Peabody in your area, delivering excellent housing management services and working closely with residents to create safe, well-managed and welcoming neighbourhoods. You''ll work with residents, community groups, local authorities and internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and deliver positive outcomes. What you''ll be doing Deliver a high-quality neighbourhood and tenancy management service across your patch. Build strong relationships with residents, stakeholders and partner agencies to support thriving communities. Manage tenancy matters, safeguarding concerns, ASB cases and neighbourhood issues. Carry out estate inspections, welcome visits and resident engagement activities. Viewings and sign up of new tenancies Support vulnerable residents and work with specialist teams to coordinate appropriate support. Promote resident involvement and help shape local services through community feedback. What you''ll bring Experience delivering excellent customer service in housing, community services or a similar environment. Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
