Be at the forefront of delivering excellent services and improving resident satisfaction across all schemes within your areaSeek out and develop partnerships within your patch area to benefit Salvation Army Homes and tenantsDeliver effective tenancy sustainment, resident engagement, customer satisfaction and community developmentDeliver an efficient and effective housing management service to tenants and meet Key Performance Indicators in relation to voids and arrearsTake ownership of geographical generic patch and be solution focused to provide services to internal and external partnersWork proactively with residents when dealing with anti-social behaviour and safeguarding concernsEnsure tenants needs and problems are identified early and respond promptly to enable people to sustain their tenanciesAbout The Candidate
