BDS are working with a leading a non-profit affordable housing association who provide affordable housing across the Leamington Spa area incuding travel to Coventry and Nuneaton About the role We are looking for a customer focussed Neighbourhood Manager to join the team on an initial temporary ongoing contract Hours: 36.5 per week Salary: Up to £19.36ph PAYE- £26.62ph UMB Work pattern: Hybrid flexible- 3 days out in the community and 2 days from home Car driver is essential and holding an enhanced DBS from the last 12 months Duties: Provide a high quality resident focused housing management service that demonstrates our organisational values, ensures high levels of customer service and service delivery which makes a real difference to residents lives, including ensuring properties are well presented and maintained. Maximise customer satisfaction with tenancy and neighbourhood management services, and with their neighbourhood as a place to live. Take a responsive approach to safeguarding matters and work with other statutory and voluntary agencies, attending internal and external meetings where required, to ensure all cases are risk-managed and safety planned appropriately. Work to resolve standard ASB cases by way of investigation, enforcement and/or prevention. Through close and regular contact with residents, you will identify and assist vulnerable residents, referring them on to internal Intensive Housing Management Support Services or other relevant agencies and ..... full job details .....
