THE ROLE You will manage a designated housing patch, delivering a comprehensive neighbourhood service including rent arrears management, anti-social behaviour casework, tenancy enforcement, and community engagement.Manage rent accounts, arrears recovery, and initiate legal action where requiredInvestigate and resolve anti-social behaviour cases in partnership with police and other agenciesConduct estate inspections, property visits, and ensure neighbourhood standards are maintainedCarry out tenancy management duties including sign-ups, successions, assignments, and mutual exchangesWork with vulnerable tenants, completing welfare checks and making appropriate referralsPrepare and attend court for possession cases relating to arrears, ASB, and tenancy breachesCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to support tenants and sustain tenanciesTHE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a housing management or neighbourhood officer role within a local authority or housing association.Proven experience managing rent arrears and income recovery processesStrong background in handling anti-social behaviour cases and tenancy enforcementKnowledge of housing legislation including the Housing ..... full job details .....
