This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, balancing tenancy management, resident support and neighbourhood problem-solving.The RoleYou''ll manage your own neighbourhood patch, acting as a key point of contact for residents and helping to create safe, well-managed communities. No two days will be the same. One day you could be carrying out tenancy visits and estate inspections, and the next you might be supporting a vulnerable resident, investigating an ASB case or working with partner agencies to resolve a neighbourhood issue.Key areas of responsibility include:Tenancy management and tenancy sustainmentEstate inspections and neighbourhood managementAnti-Social Behaviour and tenancy breach investigationsSafeguarding concerns and referralsResident engagement and community involvementPartnership working with external agencies and support servicesMaintaining accurate records and case managementThis is a highly visible role, with plenty of resident contact and opportunities to make a real impact.About YouWe''re ..... full job details .....
