As part of our continued commitment to delivering excellent services to our customers, we are recruiting two new Neighbourhood housing Officers to join our Housing Team.This expansion will reduce patch sizes, allowing us to work more closely and proactively with our customers. It''s an exciting time to join us as we strengthen our service offer and invest in delivering a more personal, responsive housing service.About the RoleAs a member of our Housing Team, you will:Manage a defined patch of properties, building strong and positive relationships with customersDeliver proactive tenancy management, early intervention and tenancy sustainment supportInvestigate and manage anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases, working collaboratively with partner agencies where requiredLead on estate management, ensuring our neighbourhoods are safe, clean and well maintainedIdentify welfare concerns and provide appropriate support or referralsTake responsibility for safeguarding, recognising risks and responding in line with policy and best practiceWork closely with colleagues and external partners to resolve issues effectivelyProvide a visible, customer-focused presence within our communitiesAbout YouWe''re looking for individuals who:Have experience in housing management or a related roleAre confident managing ASB cases and complex tenancy issuesUnderstand welfare support and ..... full job details .....
