What You''ll Be DoingFull Tenancy Management responsibility of a housing patch of aprox. 500 properties.Delivering high-quality, customer-focused housing services.Proactively managing rent arrears and supporting income recovery.Conducting estate inspections, home visits, and resident engagement activities.Supporting vulnerable residents and safeguarding where necessary.Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and improve outcomes.Leading projects and mentoring colleagues.
