Although the role has responsibility for managing the Basildon area, extensive travel across the other local regions is required from time to time to cover others and a vehicle to do this will be essential. The role is resident facing and so onsite daily.  Main purpose of the role: To assist centrally based teams by completing customer visits, viewing and sign-up appointments, and identifying and investigating tenancy breaches and reports of anti-social behaviour To ensure neighbourhood estates are clean, safe and well maintained, and improvements are identified, planned and delivered. To investigate breaches of tenancy, support more vulnerable customers and ensure that anti-social behaviour is addressed and prevented by working collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies.
