(PO5). Hybrid working. Starting salary £54,360 per annum, rising in annual increments to £57,495 per annum including living wage.About Us:

The Neighbourhood Housing Management Team provides frontline housing management services to Lambeth tenants, leaseholders and other stakeholders, including casework and the investigation and resolution of service requests, enquiries, complaints and disputes.Responsibilities
Manage Neighbourhood Housing Services and carry out management functions across key areas.Provide frontline housing management to tenants, leaseholders and stakeholders, including casework and resolution of service requests, enquiries, complaints, disputes and estate management.Effectively manage the resources of the neighbourhood team to deliver services to defined standards, including regular review and monitoring of performance and setting targets as required.Provide guidance, support and leadership to senior staff and their teams.Develop and maintain effective partnership working across the service, both internal and external.Lead the development and delivery of service improvements within the area.Support career development and progression within housing management.Qualifications
