Neighbourhood / Community Manager Fixed term contract available until January 2026 Location - Stratford and South (Greenhill Street Office base) We are seeking an experienced housing professional to join our Neighbourhood Manager team. In this role, you will represent Orbit in local communities, coordinating internal and external services to meet diverse customer needs and maintaining high standards of delivery. Key duties include managing relationships with Local Authorities and Housing Association partners, serving as the main contact for customers regarding ASB complaints, estate services, and tenancy management. Strong customer focus and effective time management are essential, as is a willingness to be present in the community three days per week, with some evening or weekend work as required.
