As a Neighbourhood Cohesion Officer you will be working with internal colleagues and external partners you will develop a range of partnerships across Prima stock to meet the needs of our communities, you will actively work within communities engaging stakeholders to understand needs, establish interventions and create opportunities for customers and communities. You will help develop thriving neighbourhoods by addressing, developing and delivering innovative and exciting community led engagement solutions. Location: Flexible hybrid working arrangements between home and Prima offices (Columbus Quay or Twickenham Drive) Salary: £35,984 Per Annum plus Essential Car User Allowance £1,460 Per Annum Neighbourhood Cohesion Officer Main Duties: Customers Initiate and encourage community cohesion by identifying barriers to engagement and contribute to the development of a flexible engagement structure that supports diversity. Empower communities to create a voice that can tackle their needs and represent their interests.
