Learners often face significant barriers to education, including SEMH needs, low confidence, poor attendance, challenging behaviour, and complex personal circumstances . The role focuses on re-engagement , helping young people rebuild routines, confidence, and motivation, while supporting progression into education, training, or employment. Sessions are highly personalised and may include functional skills, core subjects, life skills, or engagement-based learning , tailored to each young person''s needs and goals.
