This opportunity is based on overseeing and managing NEC4 Engineering and Construction Short Contracts (ECSC) to ensure compliance with project specifications and safe working practices. Key Responsibilities: Undertaking the responsibilities of NEC4 Supervisor or the Client''s representative for NEC4 ECSCs. Supervising works on the ground, ensuring the works comply with the contract drawings and specifications. Ensuring the works comply with health and safety regulations and CDM regulations. Issuing verbal and written instructions to the contractor and making immediate decisions. Assisting in identifying and managing risks on-site to ensure the safe passage of the public and workforce, particularly in crowded urban areas.
