This system enables the delivery of an efficient, joined-up service for tenants and leaseholders, improves collaboration across Housing and wider services, and provides a single customer view. This role will play a key part in embedding system knowledge across the organisation through a train-the-trainer model , ensuring subject matter experts can disseminate best practice to colleagues. The position is offered on a fixed-term basis for the duration of the implementation programme, with a strong focus on long-term skills transfer.
