This is a hands-on contract role where you will personally own the training workstream for the initial Estates and Rents phase - from training needs analysis and content creation through to delivery, go-live support and user adoption. You will work closely with the Business Analyst, Test Lead, Configuration Specialists and Programme Manager to ensure operational teams are confident and ready to use the new system. What you will be doing Carry out a Training Needs Analysis across Estates and Rents teams. Design and build practical, role-based training materials including user guides, quick-reference guides, e-learning and session content.
