Key skills/experience: Hands-on experience implementing and configuring NEC Housing solutions within a Local Authority or Housing Association environment. Detailed knowledge of NEC Repairs, repairs workflows, scheduling and appointment management. Experience of Plentific integration and designing digital repairs/self-service solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Proven track record of delivering NEC Housing solution design, requirements gathering, configuration testing, UAT, training and transition into live service. Experience implementing NEC ASB and Case Management modules, including workflow configuration, process redesign and service improvement. Strong understanding of DTI/Communications Suite, reporting and management information requirements.
