This programme is central to delivering a markedly improved Housing service for tenants and leaseholders, enabling more collaborative and efficient working across Housing and wider Council services.The role plays a critical part in improving KPI, operational, and performance reporting, strengthening rent and service charge income collection, and supporting improved debt recovery.
