Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Salary: £42,023.58 including shift premium
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Shifts: Mornings and afternoons

We’re recruiting on behalf of a global aerospace manufacturer based in Sheffield. They produce high-performance components used in aircraft around the world, and they’re looking for someone who can help maintain the highest standards of safety and quality through expert inspection.

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out NDT inspections using fluorescent, dye or liquid penetrant methods.
• Setting up and operating equipment in line with EN 4179 Level 2 standards.
• Interpreting results and making informed decisions.
• Maintaining equipment and supporting process control checks.
• Updating data cards and documentation.
• Supporting the training of junior operatives.

What you’ll need:

• Logged experience as an NDT Technician.
• EN 4179 or NAS410 certification (current or previously held).
• A methodical, detail-focused approach.
• Ability to interpret technical standards and specifications.
• Strong communication skills and a team mindset.
• Flexibility to work a 2-shift pattern (mornings and afternoons).

• £37,354.29 base salary plus 12.5% shift premium (£42,023.58 total)
