Job Description As a Navigator and Tailored Support Youth Worker you will be providing support to children and young adults (CYA) who are victims of, at risk of or involved in serious/ youth violence. Support will predominantly occur at reachable moments in custody settings and hospital sites within the county of Staffordshire. Your main duties will include: Responding to notifications received from designated custody settings at reachable moments where violence is a factor related to arrests made. Responding to notifications received from designated health settings at reachable moments where violence is a factor related to injuries sustained.
