Lead and manage workshop operations across multiple sites, driving performance, safety, and fleet reliability. A senior leadership role focused on operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-site workshop operations, driving performance, safety, and efficiency
- Oversee fleet maintenance, availability, and compliance across all depots
- Deliver KPI performance, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement
- Senior leadership experience in plant hire or heavy equipment operations
- Strong technical knowledge and experience managing multi-site teams
- Driving licence and own car
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
- Experience with ERP systems or plant hire software
