As part of this growth we require a National Sales Manager. The successful applicant will be primarily field based, and will be responsible for ensuring that the sales team meet company sales targets, as well as being responsible for their own portfolio of clients.

The role of the

National Sales Manager involves:Day to day management of the sales teamEnsuring all sales budgets/targets are metSet up meetings between clients and key decision makersSetting of yearly sales budgetsCarry out personal development reviews of all sales staffPromote new products and servicesEnhance existing relationshipsDevelop an effective relationship will all ATMs to ensure excellent communicationEnsure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management systemContribute to the creation of business systems and procedures and contribute to continuous improvement processAttend industry functions, such as association events and conferences and provide feedback and information on market and creative trendsWorking with marketing staff to ensure that product launch as managed effectively or the biggest impactThis job outline covers the main/most frequent responsibilities and duties included in the job. Other reasonable duties will be expected from time to time.
