National Sales Manager - Commercial Building ServicesSalary: 68,000- 71,000 + 18% annual bonusWe are seeking an experienced and commercially driven National Sales Manager to lead and grow a technical Commercial Building Services business across the UK.This is a senior sales leadership role, responsible for developing the national sales strategy, strengthening key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and leading a sales team to deliver ambitious commercial objectives.The RoleYou will be responsible for:Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability and market share objectives within the Commercial Building Services sector.Managing and growing relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.Building strong relationships with contractors, installers, distributors, consultants, engineering firms and other key stakeholders across the building services market.Monitoring sales performance and providing accurate short-term forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.Driving the promotion and sale of technical products and solutions, ensuring they align with customer requirements and market opportunities.Managing the sales pipeline and maintaining accurate records of prospects, customers, quotations and market activity through CRM systems.Identifying and supporting commercial projects from initial opportunity through to successful completion.Monitoring market trends, ..... full job details .....
