Package: 6-figure salary, 30% bonus, car allowanceEssential requirements:HVAC solutions sales experience (pumps, chillers, packaged plant rooms, commercial boilers, central HVAC plant, controls or similar)Sales team leadership experienceEngineering degree or HNCSold to consultants and contractorsThe RoleIn this role, you will coach and manage a national sales team of 10 covering consultants, contractors, end users, and distributors selling the full range of offerings.
