National Sales Engineer

Are you an experienced Sales Engineer with a background in CNC machinery, capital equipment, automation or industrial machinery?Are you looking for an opportunity to represent a globally recognised engineering business within the structural steel fabrication, steel processing and manufacturing sectors?This is not simply an account management position.You will take ownership of a UK and Ireland territory, developing new business, opening new customer relationships, identifying capital investment opportunities and growing existing accounts.You will combine technical knowledge with a strong commercial approach, taking the time to understand how customers manufacture and where improvements can be made before recommending the appropriate machinery or automation solution.The Role Develop new sales opportunities across the UK and Ireland for CNC machinery, structural steel processing equipment, automation, robotics, cutting systems, drilling, plate processing, sawing and associated technologies.Identify and proactively approach new customers across the structural steel, fabrication, engineering and manufacturing sectors.Build and manage a strong pipeline of new capital equipment opportunities.Develop existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional machinery, automation, upgrades and complementary solutions.Visit customers to understand their production processes, machinery requirements, investment plans and operational challenges.Identify opportunities ..... full job details .....
