Job Title: National Learning and Development Lead

Location: Home-based – with the expectation of travel within area and nationally where required

Hours: 36 hours

Job Status: Fixed Term until 31 March 2027

Salary: £53,626.65 per annum (FTE)

At Skills for Care we are continuing our work in delivering high-quality learning to the sector and this role is to support that aim.  We are looking for someone to join us to not only support the further expansion of our new learning platform, The Training Hub, but also to deliver facilitated workshops. 

This is a fixed term contract to the end of March 2027 and is a remote-first role.  We are ideally looking for someone with a strong L&D background, with a training qualification and experience of designing and delivering learning, ideally in adult social care, or a significant understanding of the needs of the sector.
