National Hub Distribution Manager Up to £45K plus bens North Warwickshire (M6/M42) Our client is a leading UK manufacturer and installer of various products and part of a global group with operations in more than 40 countries. Their products are used every day across the UK. They''re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager, Depot Manager or Distribution/Logistics Manager to run their national distribution hub. The hub sits between their manufacturing sites and install teams around the country. Every product and spare part goes through it, and you''d be in charge of the whole site. What you''ll do Run the depot end to end, including keeping the site safe, well maintained and compliant Make sure parts orders are picked and shipped on time, and product orders are ready for install teams to collect Keep stock accurate with regular checks, and set stock levels and reorder quantities to control costs without letting customers down Oversee order processing in SAGE Lead daily Tier meetings so the team knows the priorities and what customers need Be the senior person on site and sort out customer service issues Help procurement when needed, finding other suppliers and getting quotes What we''re looking for Experience as a Warehouse Manager, Depot Manager or Distribution/Logistics Manager Experience leading and developing a team Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office.
