The National LGBT+ Children and Young People’s Advocate will provide specialist advocacy and support to LGBT+ children and young people aged 13–25 who have experienced domestic abuse, sexual violence, hate crime and/or so-called conversion practices. Working remotely across the UK, the postholder will provide a safe, supportive and empowering space for young people to talk through their experiences, explore their options and access the support they need.
