National Account Manager - WFH/Hybrid
Our client a large Property Maintenance/FM business has an exciting new opportunity due to continued growth for an experienced National Account Manager to join their team. As one of their National Account Managers you will be responsible for delivering revenue growth, retention and customer value across assigned accounts through strong relationship management and disciplined execution of commercial plans. You will own day-to-day client relationships, driving account development, cross-sell and long-term engagement. Execute sales and client engagement strategies in alignment with group objectives, ensuring consistent messaging, high-quality pipeline management and accurate forecasting. Key Responsibilities -Revenue Delivery and Account Growth: Accountable for delivering revenue targets and organic growth across assigned accounts, driving account expansion, product penetration and development across all service lines and divisions.Client Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong long-term client relationships across national and key accounts, executing client engagement plans to support retention, renewals and growth while maintaining high standards of customer service and responsiveness.Pipeline Development, Management and Forecasting: Proactively builds and develops a high-quality pipeline of opportunities, ensuring strong opportunity progression, conversion, accurate forecasting and clear forward revenue visibility, with all activity tracked and maintained to ..... full job details .....
