to join the Standout team. You will be responsible for multiple clients,

independently managing the senior stakeholder relationships and field based team

whilst being

accountable for the full operational delivery . So experience within a similar role, ideally within a fast paced agency setting, is essential.Avidity is the Parent Company of a group of agencies who offer a range of specialist sales and marketing services to help brands sell more. Our clients are some of the biggest brand names in a variety of sectors including FMCG Retail, Technology, Professional Beauty, and On-Trade.As an Account Manager you will be able to work autonomously, translating your clients strategic, brand and commercial objectives into structured, clear and stretching set of guidelines for our field teams. You will also play a big part in unlocking additional revenue through nurturing and growing client opportunities. A large part of your role will also involve working with data, so having strong analytical and reporting skills whilst being able to translate into a compelling story is essential. Commercial experience within FMCG (and Field Marketing environment), with Account Management experience or similarMulti-client management at senior level, you will thrive in a fast paced and be at your best when under pressureData driven, very comfortable with numbers and can tell the storySolution and results focused, ambitious to deliver excellence in executionClient and Team Management experience - you may have direct reports so experience of managing a team is preferredStrong analytical and presentation skills (PowerPoint)Outstanding communication and relationship building skills at all levels of an organisationA proven ability to translate commercial direction and strategic requirement into field briefingClear adaptability to ensure a collaborative way of working ensuring the field and commercial team work as oneHigh levels energy, resilience and calm under pressureExperience of working within a fast-paced organisation that is constantly changingFlexibility and willingness to travel (with some overnights) to client sites and to Head office or other locations depending on business need.If you want to be part of our future and our success then don\''t hesitate, please apply!Please note this role requires a full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 pts or previous bans), all offers will be subject to successful completion of a DVLA licence check.
